BCA. The Border Community Alliance (BCA) is dedicated to bridging the border and fostering community through
education, collaboration and cultural exchange. BCA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Tubac,
Arizona, offering access to the heritage and potential of the borderlands through cultural exchange and social
advocacy.  Dr. Jim Hoff of TEGNOS Research serves on the BCA board of directors.
FESAC. Fundación del Empresariado Sonorense (FESAC) is an independent community foundation and civil
association founded by the business community of Sonora, Mexico. As a civil association, FESAC is  philanthropic
in character, private and autonomous, without political affiliation, religious denomination and non-profit. FESAC is
dedicated to meet the most pressing needs of the community,  to generate opportunities for development and
improve the quality of life of Sonorans.
KBI is a binational organization located in Nogales, Arizona and Nogales, Sonora, Mexico.  The KBI’s vision is to
help make humane, just, workable migration between the U.S. and Mexico a reality.  Its mission is to promote
US/Mexico border and immigration policies that affirm the dignity of the human person and a spirit of bi-national
solidarity. Dr. Jim Hoff of TEGNOS Research is a KBI Ally Donor.
GGVCF serves communities in the Green Valley area from Sahuarita to Tubac. The foundation focuses on older
adults, healthcare, children, housing education, the environment and rural living.  GGVCF has been a historic
supporter of border organizations like BCA and recently helped BCA initiate an endowment fund to assure long
term support of critical Borderland programs.
