The Cool Roof Rating Council. The
Cool Roof Rating Council  is an
independent, non-profit organization
that maintains a third-party rating
system for radiative properties of roof

through 2016.
The RCI Foundation is focused on
financially supporting activities that
advance knowledge in the building
